Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
Since all gates are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has started. Please ensure all specifications are correct before placing your order.

Order Confirmation Process
Before manufacturing begins, we confirm all design details, dimensions, and materials. This ensures that your gate meets your exact requirements. If any modifications are needed, they must be communicated before final approval.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your gate arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order details

We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that does not match the specifications confirmed before production, we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or modification at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before production starts. Once manufacturing begins, cancellations are not permitted due to the custom nature of the product.

 


 

Warranty Policy

Structural Warranty
Our gates come with a 5 Structural Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to:

  • Welded joints and frame integrity

  • Powder-coating and finish durability (against peeling or major corrosion under normal conditions)

Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or corrosive environments (unless specifically treated for such conditions)

Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your gate qualifies for a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details and proof of purchase.

  2. Provide clear images and a description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and provide a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or guidance on resolving the issue.
