1. What types of materials can you cut with plasma?
We primarily cut mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. If you have another material in mind, please include that in your quote request.


2. What thickness of metal can you cut?
We can cut materials up to approximately 1 inch thick, depending on the type of metal. Common jobs range from 1/8" to 1/2".


3. Do I need to provide a design file?
Not necessarily. If you have a DXF, SVG, or PDF file, great. If not, we offer basic design assistance and can help you create or refine your idea.


4. What is the maximum sheet size you can cut?
Our cutting area accommodates sheets up to 1500mm x 3000mm (approximately 5' x 10').


5. How long does it take to get a quote?
We typically respond within 24–48 hours, depending on the complexity of your request and whether we need additional details.


6. What information should I include when requesting a quote?
Please include material type, thickness, part dimensions, quantity, timeline, and any design files or notes.


7. Can you handle bulk orders or repeat jobs?
Yes, we handle both one-off custom jobs and repeat production runs. Let us know your quantity and we’ll price accordingly.


8. Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship completed parts across the U.S. Shipping cost will be included in your quote.


9. Do you offer finishing or post-processing services?
We currently offer basic deburring upon request. Additional finishing services may be arranged through our partners.


10. How do I place an order after receiving my quote?
Simply confirm the quote and provide payment. We’ll send an invoice and begin processing your order immediately.
